Dear HWNI Community,
Please join me in welcoming Dave Schonenberg to the UC Berkeley Neuroscience community. Dave has accepted the position of Berkeley Neuroscience Manager, effective Feb 13, 2023. He comes to us from UC Berkeley where he was a Program Manager at RISELab and Sky Computing in the College of Engineering. In addition, Dave has over a decade of proven leadership in private industry prior to joining UC, including as General Manager of Rivendell Bicycle Works. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UC Berkeley.
On the weekends you’ll find Dave camping or mountain biking with his family and playing musical instruments for dinner guests at his Berkeley home.
We are very pleased that Dave accepted our offer and look forward to working with him.
